❓ Will foreigners face difficulties without VNeID?

❓ Can I register VNeID without a registered SIM card?
No. A SIM card registered under the applicant’s name is required. In such cases, Package 2 is recommended.

❓ Can I apply if my Temporary Residence Card is valid for only 5 months?
No. The TRC must be valid for at least 06 months at the time of submission.
